Love Triangle IILocation: World Championship, Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia Year: 2004 -Solo Particulars: People always ask me where I come up with my ideas. That is usually a hard one to answer, but for this piece it is easy: my inspiration was a cartoon I saw in the New Yorker, created by the amazing artist William Steig.
I hope he would be honored to see his drawing translated into sand. This is not the first time I have visited the love triangle theme, however. You can see another version of it here. |
